[SR-Users] /usr/local/sbin/kamdbctl create error

hi guys,
   How are you? i got the exactly the same problem as "kamdbctl create
error", i am so headache i can not find the solution to resolve it. 
I saw here someone has already resolved it, anyone could kindly send me
email for resolving this problem?
