[SR-Users] Has Kamailio 4.1.3 ability like Asterisk permit/deny

Hello,

permission module is the one to use -- you can add the IP addresses to 
the database, in 'address' table, then you can use 
allow_source_address() function in kamailio.cfg. The default 
kamailio.cfg has a sample usage, search for WITH_IPAUTH.
