[SR-Users] Crash on REGISTER

Hello,

it is recommended to use the latest 4.0.x, which is 4.0.6 at this 
moment. There was a fix to registrar module that might be the reason of 
the issue you faced.

On the other hand, the backtrace is important, send the output of:

bt full
