[SR-Users] Kamailio behind NAT

Hello Kostas,

the idea is to hide the Asterisk completely behind Kamailio, so I work only with the public IP of Kamailio and its SIP/RTP ports.

There are no Asterisk RTP ports enabled, while the Kamailio RTP are already open.
