Daniel, will there be a problem if I set up a cron job to run the domain reload command every 5 minutes?

Hello,

reverse dns to discover hostnames is done only at startup, being a
    rather time expensive operation.

You should use domain module where you put the list of local domains
    in a database table and issue reload commands via kamctl. You can
    enable a parameter so that domains managed by this module match the
    'mysql' keyword.
