[SR-Users] prevent relaying to myself

Hello,

you have to check if $du or $ru is matching myself, something like:

if(($du==$null) {
   if(is_myself("$du")) {
       # goes to myself
   }
} else {
   if(is_myself("$ru")) {
     # goes to myself
   }
}

I think there is a variable giving next hop address, simplifying the 
block above in one IF, but I don't have time now to check the pv cookbook.
