But How can i approach with this issue ? 

Why is this packet loss is logging in pings and how can i detect which node
is causing this packet loss issue?

Is there anything can be done on Kamailio server like buffer settings?

can you guess there may be the Buffer setting issue for audio/video calls
jitter/latency , pixelled video issue in clients?

please help me in reslving this issues.
