[SR-Users] What is raw 0.0.0.0:255 pn netstat??

Hello, i just installed Kamailio 4.2.1 on debian Wheezy, would like to know
why when Kamailio starts i see this on netstat -an ??

raw        0      0 0.0.0.0:255             0.0.0.0:*
7

is it normal??

why?
