[SR-Users] SDP ending with CRLF and a=nortpproxy:yes

Hello Daniel,

Adding msg_apply_changes corrected the extra CRLF,

But ICE candidates  (Added using set_iattr("ice_priority", "1");  ) are not
getting added anymore.

I have removed sdp_remove_line_by_prefix from kamailio.cfg for now.
