Opsss! Sorry! It wasn't a crash, I wrote the wrongly! Indeed it's a normal error log.

are you talking about tcp_wq_blk_size or tcp_wq_max? For the first the documentation reports
that might be ignored, the latter seems defaulting to 10MB.
