from the logs, it seems it does A record on seevia.no:

DEBUG: <core> [dns_cache.c:3007]: dns_a_resolve(): dns_a_resolve(seevia.no, 0) returning 0

and later the transaction is forwarded:

Have looked at SIP traffic on the network?
