Hello,

I don't know what distribution you are using, but if you are using Kamailio
on CentOS you won't be able to use carrierroute out of the box because it
requires libconfuse which is not in the standard CentOS repos - and so
carrierroute isn't built by default.

If you are using CentOS and want to use carrierroute you'll need to build
and install libconfuse yourself (or find it from another repo) and then
build and install Kamailio yourself.
