Hello,

iirc, presence modules can work in db only module, meaning that you 
should be able to use sqlops to delete any records you want from 
database. I haven't thought more to see if there will be any sides 
effects, but you can give it a try.

Also, I would recomment using latest stable version, there were many 
enhancements to presence modules done since 3.2, expecially by Peter 
Dunkley (for xcap, rls, etc).
