[SR-Users] missing AVP OriginatingRequest in LIR

Hi all,

I use ims_icscf in Kamailio to send LIR message to HSS. But, In LIR message
that I received in HSS haven't OriginatingRequest AVP.

How I can insert it into LIR message?
