[SR-Users] carrierroute module

Hello,

Either the .so is not linked to libconfuse, or you have installed only the
development headers and not the actual library. Check to see in /usr/lib
the version of libconfuse that you have installed, and than run `ldd
carrierroute.so` to check the dependency needed.
