[SR-Users] Loading Xcap_server

I have this in my kamailio configuration file

#!define WITH_PRESENCE
#!define WITH_XCAPSRV
#!define WITH_NAT
#!define WITH_TLS
#!define WITH_ANTIFLOOD
#!define WITH_MYSQL

please let me know if I'm doing something wrong
I also attach my config file in the email feel free to take a look. cause
xcap support not working for me
