Hello,
your links are to old versions, but also mixed.
With latest stable version is easier just to use 'advertise' for listen
parameters:
- http://www.kamailio.org/wiki/cookbooks/4.0.x/core#listen
That's all, so there is no need for a complex config logic using
advertised_address and preset record routing.
