[SR-Users] Module version mismatch ERROR

Hello,

make uninstall in kamailio does not actually delete the deployed files. 
Just prints the commands you should run.

Therefore be sure you first delete the deployed modules. You can just do:

rm -rf /opt/kamailio/lib64/kamailio/modules/

The be sure you have db_mysql back in the list of included modules for 
compilation.
