[SR-Users] Problem with 4.0 nightlies and IMS - sem_post undefined

Hi Daniel

Yes, still an issue as of the 29 Jan build. Using this on Ubuntu 12.04
from the repository.

I also checked out the source and compiled it with the exact same result.

I am just going to spin up a Debian box and see if I have the same issue.
