[SR-Users] Kamailio-Java Integration

app_java (version 0.3.a) has been released. Link:
http://voipgroup.org.ua/kamailio/dev/app_java/kamailio_app_java_v0.3a.tar.gz
Fixed fixup mechanism issues according to Daniel's suggestions.
