[SR-Users] 4.0.4 crash segfault when CANCEL

Hello,

I pushed a patch recently that will catch this situation even without 
MEMDBG=1 at compile time. It was used with former default memory manager 
f_malloc, but for what so ever reason was not on q_malloc.

The details provided are good to look further and avoid those double frees.
