Problem solved
Cannot write to file (/var/www/siremis-4.0.0/siremis/Config.xml)I chmod
g+w,u+w Config.xml
from this
umg at 127:/var/www/siremis-4.0.0/siremis$ ls -l Config.xml
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 393 may 8 07:55 Config.xml
To this
umg at 127:/var/www/siremis-4.0.0/siremis$ ls -l Config.xml
-rw-rw-rw- 1 root root 393 may 8 07:55 Config.xml
