[SR-Users] XCAP configuration

Hello,
one way is to use different base uri for each service and decide based
on it, for example:
if(! ($hu=~"^/webrtc")) {
# handle webrtc
}
if(! ($hu=~"^/xcap-root")) {
# handle xcap
}
