[SR-Users] Kamailio4.0 + Siremis4.0

Hi Prem,

It will be installed by completing the prerequisite installation, I just 
followed the ff procedures:

Kamailio install: http://www.kamailio.org/wiki/install/4.0.x/git
Siremis install: http://kb.asipto.com/siremis:install40x:main
