[SR-Users] Kamailio OS Sysctl Tweaks

There's an interesting paper here :

Via using Intel ICC compiler instedad of gcc, they've increased the call
capacity for asterisk. I think it's also operative for kamailio/rtpproxy
part.

What do you think?
