[SR-Users] json and jsonrpc-c

Hi Ron,

Don't need to modify anything. Just install a proper -devel packages and
libs.
For example if you running debian, just do:
aptitude install libjson0 libjson0-dev libevent-dev libxmlrpc-c3
libxmlrpc-c3-dev
