msrp module is an implementation of a msrp relay, see RFC4975 and 
RFC4976. I am not using the other software you mention, so have no clue 
what it does. MSRP module is targeting usage with Kamailio as SIP 
server, but can be used as a msrp relay for other sip applications -- 
although never tried, should be no problem.

Together with the presence module and other instant messaging 
extensions, you can build a rich communication system (RCS/RCSe) just by 
using Kamailio only.
