Hello,

the readme
(http://kamailio.org/docs/modules/stable/modules_k/dispatcher.html#id2522899),
but checking it reveals the content is obsoleted starting with 3.2.1.
Here are the new values:

- flag 0 (value 1) - inactive destination
- flag 1 (value 2) - temporary trying destination (in the way to become
inactive if it does not reply to keepalives -- there is a module
parameter to set the threshold of failures)
- flag 2 (value 4) - admin disabled destination
- flag 3 (value 8) - probing destination (sending keep alives)

I will update the readme very soon as well.

Cheers,
Daniel
