Looks like your firewall is passing a state RELATED,ESTABLISHED and don't
have a permit rule for a state NEW.
Check your iptables or simply do a command: iptables-save >
/tmp/iptables.txt    and paste this file (/tmp/iptables.txt) to pastebin
