Does TimesTen have a UnixODBC connector? If so, you can use existing Kamailio modules.

You mean develop a custom module for Kamailio?

You'd want to start here:

However, perhaps a custom module is not the fastest or most optimal way
to achieve what you want.  There may already be facilities to
accommodate your requirements.  So, a useful start to the conversation
might be: what do you want to accomplish?
