[SR-Users] Compile kamailio modules only

Forgot to say that sipcapture should be part of the main kamailio deb,
in your case:
kamailio_3.2.0_amd64.deb
An just to comment on your initial questions, when you do make deb,
practically the modules.lst and the other Makefile configs are rebuilt,
so when you edited them manually they were deleted and regenerated
within make deb.
