Sungjin,
Are you using rtpproxy or mediaproxy? I can only say rtpproxy uses ports 
in range 35000-65000 by default. AFAIK you can also specify port range 
for the mediaproxy in your mediaproxy config. Should you have any other 
questions about rtpproxy please direct them to the rtpproxy mailing list.
