[SR-Users] freezing for major release 3.2.0

Hello,

a short reminder about the fact that in one week (Mon, Aug 22, 2011) we 
will freeze the development for a new major release v3.2.0. If any 
developer wants something in this release, be sure it will get in the 
GIT master branch by next Monday.
