[SR-Users] uri_db table version

Hello,

if you want to use kamailio modules that need database with ser flavour 
then you have to create the tables from kamailio database, which still 
has version table.

You have to use 'kamdbctl create'. The scripts to create kamailio 
database for mysql are installed when db_mysql modules is installed for 
kamailio flavour.
