Dan York tested Linphone, see here: http://blogs.voxeo.com/speakingofstandards/2011/04/08/how-to-make-sip-calls-over-ipv6-using-linphone-on-mac-windows-linux/

I tried that as well and were also able to establish a call between two phones in an IPv6 environment.
