[SR-Users] Setting Global Variables

Hello,

it might be the same issue reported in this tracker item:

http://sip-router.org/tracker/index.php?do=details&task_id=56&project=1

It is a grammar conflict that is not that easy to solve without
potential breaking of other things. The easiest is the workaround, put
other config parameters between listen/alias and the global custom
parameters.

Cheers,
Daniel
