You mean substitute Kamailio for Mobicents?  :)

The first thing you should know that is they are not exactly 
interchangeable;  Mobicents is a rich feature UA and application 
development framework, while Kamailio is a SIP proxy with a few UAS 
features like registrar and presence agent.  You would not want to 
attempt to use them as if they are the same.
