[SR-Users] How to relay to ITSP or secure gateway.

My scenario is, that when kamailio forward the second invite to gateway/itsp,
the gateway itself is another kamailio that want to authorize that
invite. so sort of

client ----> kamailioA ------> kamailio B

So kamailioA, act as a client for kamailioB
