[SR-Users] basic sip-router installation tutorial

Hello,

for kamailio 3.0 flavour there is a tuturial hosted at:
http://www.kamailio.org/dokuwiki/doku.php/install:kamailio-3.0.x-from-git

For sip router devel, just skip checking out the kamailio_3.0, the rest is
pretty much the same.
