Hello,
the dialplan module seems to be loaded ok, the last message is related
to uac module..

so kamailio is running? To say if it is something wrong you have to
describe what rules you wanted there. I would avoid dpid=0, then
match_exp values look a bit strange from my point of view, what do you
want to match?
