[SR-Users] Kamailio doesn't start

Hi

If I turn on !define WITH_DEBUG.
The output:

and kamailio is not started!

Without !define WITH_DEBUG, and starting kamailio with command "kamailio 
-E -dd" the output is:

Any help, I realy need dialplan module.
