This just means that Kamailio has received a BYE thtat doesn't match
with an existing dialog. Perhaps the dialog expired, a previous BYE
from the other side was already received or kamailio was restarted and
doesn't keep the dialogs info in database.

Are you sure that the folowing log lines occur due to the previous BYE
line? has the server lot of traffic?
