I understand your point, but let's say the dialog is created:

 asterisk                        kamailio                provider(hostname)
          -------------------->    dns lookup     -------------------->
          INVITE                                  INVITE

         <--------------------                      <--------------------
          200Ok                                       200OK


Then the problem appears for each subsequent message(I tested with BYE):

         -------------------->    dns lookup     -------------------->
          BYE                                            BYE
