Greetings.
 
I had to read some thigs about SER. I like configure a sip server but I don't know that I need.
 
I like to take calls (pc-phone)(ip phone-phone) from my customers, and resend them to a voip provider. and I need a billing system (preaid), to control my customers, I need to configure several rates for calls.
 
Can somebody tell me that I need to make this?
 
 
I'm sorry but my english isn't very well. (I speak spanish)
