[Kamailio-Users] No free TCP receiver

is there a specifi reason why you using TCP instead of UDP?
I'd recommend you to adjust 2 things in the config:

http://kamailio.org/dokuwiki/doku.php/core-cookbook:1.5.x#tcp_connect_timeout
http://kamailio.org/dokuwiki/doku.php/core-cookbook:1.5.x#tcp_send_timeout
