Hello,
there were some recent fixes to dialog, but after 1.5.1 was released.
you have to take the source from svn branch 1.5:
svn co https://openser.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/openser/branches/1.5
kamailio-1.5
Install it and try again. Should be fixed, if not, let me know.
