You can use standard user registration, or if an Asterisk box (for
example) is yours (thus, you trust it) you could use the trusted table
so that it doen't need authentication.

Las time I checked UAC module wasn't working very well... but if your
carrier trusts your IP you may use dialplan module, LCR, ...

Default CFG is good point to start, as it allows users to be
registered, you'll need to tweak how you handle INVITEs, so that they
get correctly routed.

BTW: Why do you use Kmailio 1.4.1 and notlatest 1.5?
