[Serusers] Change loglevel in runtime

It's easy if you are running ser 2.1:
sercmd cfg.set_now_int core debug 3

you need to load the ctl and cfg_rpc modules.

I guess it is also possible to somehow overwrite the value of the debug 
variable runtime with gdb if you are running ser < 2.1
