You just need one:

  /usr/local/install-dir2/sbin2/kamailio2  -->
    /usr/local/install-dir/sbin/kamailio

And you don't need it in fact, but it's nice to have it since in this way you 
can see two kind of process names when doing "ps":

  kamailio
  kamailio2
