[Serusers] Which kind of SIP message can I use to exchange Data out of session?

Hi All,

If a SIP client has to exchange some data out of a Session with the proxy
server,

such as get his "buddy list", what SIP Message can I use?

I didn't find any thing suit for this purpose.

Should I use something beside SIP such as HTTP.
